The Central Jersey Woodworkers Association normally meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month (except for July and August) from 7:00PM to 10:00PM at the Old Brick Reformed Church on Route 520 in Marlboro NJ. We welcome new members and guests.

The Central Jersey Woodworkers Association is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization of woodworkers founded for the purpose of providing a resource to the community for the promotion of woodworking and woodworking education at all levels of experience, sharing of information about woodworking techniques, tools, and sources for supplies, and facilitating the exchange of ideas with fellow woodworkers.

Our next meeting will be February 9, at the church. In an effort to make everyone more comfortable, masks are required at this month’s meeting.
This month we will be featuring some presentations by our club members.

This month we will be featuring presentations by our club members. Wilbur will be presenting a bookcase he build and Simon will do a shop tour. We will also have a raffle for a digital angle finder donated by Walter Levy.
Our next meeting with be a theme meeting, “Have a Seat.” If you have made a chair, stool and anything to sit on, please bring it to share. We will be exploring different designs and builds. It can be as simple as a work stool to a hand carved Chippendale chair. Including a few slides of the build to share with the club members in powerpoint would be a nice addition to the presentation.
Our next meeting will be Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the church.
Our presenter will be master craftsman Scott Severns. Scott is the owner of Oak Mountain Custom Woodwork, founder of the New Jersey School of Woodwork, and the current president of SAPFM (Society of Period Furniture Makers).
